But the formatting of the electronic edition needs some work. Stories get chopped up and headlines don’t appear correctly on a regular basis. I’m disappointed in that 95% of the editorials are from conservatives. I’m also disappointed with the sports page because the Sunday addition doesn’t even have a “Don Riley” type columnist. Oh maybe once a month. I also get the paper because I want you to survive. Also in daily paper the names in obituaries all run together and not in list form as in Sunday’s paper. Now if you could get ads in Sunday paper online too . . . ### 5/5 — Great Way to Support Newspapers! *2022-08-18* I have been a subscriber to the St. Paul Pioneer Press for many years, but like many others, I had found I was turning to my phone for the news, rather than reading the printed news on my doorstep every day. In the puzzle section I only get the jumble puzzle. Customer service says to download new version. This was the new version. I also lose articles when I move my iPad from landscape to portrait, it goes back to the front page. Again I was told to download the new version. I’m frustrated that this was the only solution from customer service. Why would you mess with the replica version of the paper, shrink it, and put white boxes on top and bottom of it? Oh, plus ads. Bring back the full-screen replica, no white bars, or we will unsubscribe. Unfortunately I don’t remember the password so I clicked on the password reset link. After over 5 clicks on this link over the last week, I still haven’t received a password reset email. I checked my email spam and it’s not there. Also, I tried to provide feedback via app support in the Apple App Store but it brought me to a URL that said the server was down.
