But they will go to the end of the universe and back to deny your withdrawal from the app. And even when you do somehow figure out how to get approved for withdrawal, they take over a week to deposit the money into your bank account. Oh and they charge you insane fees to withdrawal. No credibility here, the wesite and reviews scream desperate scam, preying on the poor and weak. Maybe in a few MONTHS they will let you withdraw it if you are lucky. Really great in the crypto world too, watching the value plummet while you are forced to hold because of accounting issues on their side. Update: STILL waiting on getting those funds back. Requested a wire to my bank which should take seconds, but according to them will take at least a week IF approved. Also you have to give them a bank statement to withdraw. It gave me a promo offer that if I verified and added money I would receive a reward but it was a scam. They told me the promo ended in January (it’s July and I just signed up). It was on my homepage. Now they say I should have clicked a different link or promo but it’s too late now cause I already tried to do it under the expired promo. Such a scam!!! ### 1/5 — Won’t use again *2025-07-08, version 1.8.22* They hold on to deposits 10 days, haven’t seen that on other exchanges. When you go to cash out you can’t withdraw back to your card, they make you use a checking account and have you fill out all of your personal info including screenshots of your checking account info. And as for me, I will just go ahead and delete this app. ### 1/5 — Problematic and supports 0 *2025-06-03, version 1.8.22* Constant problems with depositing money, day after day negotiations with useless support who, like robots, offer to do the same thing, terrible support, 0 result in solving the problem. The answer to any question is update the application, even when you show them a screenshot that you already have the latest version of the application and the problem has not been solved. They may simply not answer for a whole day. Ai does better job than 5 of them live reps put together and thats exactly why I have not been able to be active on my trading and stopping the trade robot and start or stop my trades. I was so disappointed in this matter after I filled out a form to request a change to my contact info which could take 72 hours to be processed vs a minute or two to verify my identity while I am on the live chat with a rep to do instantly. Them live reps are clueless to what customer service is and needs to be handled properly instead of sending me a link a robot cold have done faster and better than live reps. I sit here for the last 3 months with open trades that could be loosing money on . ### 1/5 — Literally worst brokerage ever used *2026-07-13, version 2.1.7* Put 80ish dollars in a little over a year ago, putting money in the app was super easy. The problem came with taking it out, they might you jump through more hoops to even take it out and the fact they want to take 12 dollars when I simply wanted to withdraw 50 is criminal. The amount of usury in this app is crazy, I won’t invest more because this app simply is here to take money and as long as your account holds money they technically hold the money increasing their value for said “company” oh and their bots have lost me some of my original investment after a year 😂 of not touching it yikes. Rather stick to real people who genuinely care about making money than an app who promises easy gains. Oh well you win some and you lose some, hopefully this review helps future people not lose some. ### 1/5 — They had me deposit several hundred and then blocked the US *2026-04-20, version 2.1.3* After depositing over 800 dollars I was notified that all US IP addresses are blocked and I lost my entire investment to this Chinese scam. ### 1/5 — NOT WORTH IT. *2026-03-13, version 2.1.2* The platform is decent. The bots work “ok”. What got a one star is the way they don’t allow you to fully cash out and sell “ALL” of your crypto. They “STEAL” part of what you bought with your own money. On top of that there are fees for everything. Deposit fee, buy and sell fee of crypto, and a ridiculous withdrawal fee of $12. I don’t understand why I have to pay $12 for you to withdraw my own money. SO ITS NOT WORTH IT. ### 1/5 — Junk *2025-12-05, version 2.0.2* I gave this app a try to the bots features it had. Lost 5 dollars of 2 week and decided my old option was better. Tried to withdraw my money and it screwed up my name on the withdrawal form. I cant get it out 100 dollars gone. Doesn’t support lightning invoice on bitcoin. Doesn’t offer debit card. Yet charges 0.0003 bitcoin : basically $30+ dollars, each transaction to send bitcoin out of the app. I would 100% suggest using any other app besides this one. Doesn’t allow changes to phone number or email. While large organizations like JP Morgan allow these changes without restriction. Kinda dumb to make you verify who you are just to restrict your account for 72 hours after any changes. CEO needs replaced. Send ICE in. ### 1/5 — We never use this again. *2025-10-16, version 1.8.33* I deposited a little bit of money in there, trying a few different apps in the crypto world. Most of which are scams because as other reviews have said they hold your money hostage. Then when I tried to withdraw the little amount that I had put in there, the withdrawal fees are absolutely insane. $12 for a normal withdrawal $32 for bitcoin $20 for a wire transfer if you only put like 20 bucks in there or 30 you’re gonna lose half of your money just making a withdrawal. The bots are just about worthless. I did one for bitcoin and obviously it did great when bit coin spiked, but the bot continued to trade and did not hold, which was absolutely stupid. Even if I put $100 in here they would’ve collected at least a 12% margin on me in just a month. Might as well be a credit card that I’m paying fee fees to every month. Hopefully this review finds someone and they will not put their money in there. They still have my money because it would be stupid to withdraw it. Congratulations you collected money on me. Won’t happen again! There is no way this app rates at 4.5. They had to have paid for reviews. I’m telling you there’s no way this app is worth that rating. ### 1/5 — Horrible! Also the new blue theme is lovely! ### 5/5 — Great x Prices (in crypto) *2025-12-04, version 2.0.1* Every time I’ve used it to acquire assets using Stablecoins, transfer of such assets is fast and the fee is nominal a lot less than other US Exchanges. ### 5/5 — it’s not a scam, people are just dumb *2025-10-13, version 1.8.33* started a bot with $5800 42 days ago and it has made $234 from grid trading alone, plus another $200 from the holding profit. the people writing negative reviews saying it’s a scam and their bots lost money probably don’t understand how they work. you need to treat it like a normal crypto investment, price at the creation of the bot is very important. if you start a bot for eth when its at $4000 and it drops to $3000, the holding profit will be negative and you can’t blame the bot for that. however my bot has always made some grid profit everyday regardless of the crypto price. i made another bot with $20,000 and it has made $1500 in a couple days but that’s mainly holding profit. i view the bots as tools to make my spot investments more profitable. ### 5/5 — Automatically generated profit in a sideways market ! *2025-09-08, version 1.8.29* I’m new to bot trading and Pionex’s platform is simple to use and even edits are very easy.
