I HATE this app it is the WORST ### 1/5 — Not good enough - crashes at the worst time *2020-05-11, version 2.1.1* During a global pandemic and under lockdown conditions it’s more important than ever that schools can communicate with parents of the pupils. So I can see from the push notification that there is an important update from our kids’ head teacher. Can I read it? NO. The app repeatedly crashes when I try to do so. This is simply unacceptable. Fix this amateur app or give the schools their money back. (For those wondering, it doesn’t matter if you’re on the latest version of iOS or not, it still fails) ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-02-18, version 2.1.1* Terrible app. Wish the school would go back to their own version. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-12-08, version 2.1.1* Gets frozen/stuck and takes ages/so many days to get back to normal. The app on iPhone is quite buggy and crashes when switching between items. Sometimes it doesn’t load at all. The look is quite dated to my eyes, but I guess it does the job. Stability is the most important thing and it’s not quite up to the task. ### 2/5 — Nu merge *2025-09-29, version 4.9.7* Aplicatia nu merge. Nu se deschid alertele, se invarte rotita aia de zor pana te apucs toti nervii pentru ca nu se deshid mesajele de la scoala. Tot istoricul e sters. The amount of communications I have missed because of this. This app seriously needs redevelopment. The UI is slow and uneasy to use. I’m asking my school to suggest using a different platform. ### 2/5 — Privacy concerns *2020-09-10, version 3.1.0* The ap works fine for me but I am v concerned about the lack of a need for passwords or sign in or verification of even having a child at a school. In theory I could sign in to any school without having a child- and view all their information and photos. This is really a considerable oversight, in my view and needs to be addressed.
