PioTime is a free app for pioneers to track field-ministry hours — no account, running entirely on your own device, even offline. Quick entry. Buttons for your most common durations, one tap saves. Prefer a running clock instead? Use the built-in timer. Monthly goal at a glance. A progress bar for 50, 30, 15 hours, or a goal of your own — overridable for a single month, for example when you switch between pioneer and auxiliary pioneer. Calendar & list. Every month as a calendar with markers, or as a list, with a note about possible gaps. Bible studies. Count your Bible studies up and down per month. Credits. Credited hours (Bethel, construction, conventions) count into the month; a yearly credit lowers the year's goal instead. Service-year overview. September through August at a glance, with the year's goal and monthly totals. Report to share. Field-ministry hours, credit and Bible studies as a short text, ready to send. Device syncing. Pair your phone, tablet and other devices with a QR code — end-to-end encrypted, opt-in, and easy to undo at any time. Eight languages. A demo with sample data is available right on the start screen, separate from your own entries. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 2.3.2 — 2026-09-08 2.3.2: The camera prompt when pairing now appears in your device's language — it used to be German for everyone. This store page now lists all eight languages PioTime speaks; the app itself already spoke them. On the web: the browser tab now carries a descriptive title, and the handbook links back to PioTime on the web. Earlier versions: 2.3.1: carry-over only after month-end, readable tab bar on narrow screens, report card in the tablet layout. 2.3.0: Adjust report, asks before deleting, correction rows for rounding down and carry-over, Corners, device syncing in the store apps. ### 2.3.1 — 2026-09-07 2.3.1: Fixed: with the “Carry over” setting, a carry-over shifted one month too far — a remainder from August could show up as if it had landed in October. Now a month only passes on its remainder after month-end, and all three rounding options remain. Fixed: the tab bar stays readable on very narrow screens and at large font sizes. In the tablet layout, the report card's numbers now sit side by side in pairs so “Send report” isn't cut off. Every change appears as a “Supplement” in the month list and can be deleted again. Deleting an entry that changes the report now asks: keep it in this report, move it to the other month, or remove it from the report. Rounding down and carry-over now stand as their own correction rows in the month list, so the reported figure adds up. New under “Appearance”: Corners — Round, Soft or Angular. Device syncing now works in the App Store and Google Play app as well. The running service year appears in the overview right away — even before the first entry in September. Plans now work reliably: recorded time checks the plan off, and leftover plans can be deleted. The service-year overview shows in every month row whether you are above or below your yearly goal. When bringing over earlier hours you can now also enter your yearly goal so far — so the goal maths is right from day one. Carried-over leftover minutes move only one month ahead; stray future months are cleaned up by the app itself.
