Pip helps children prepare for the 11+, grammar school entrance exams and KS2 SATs with short daily practice they can stick with. Built for Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. Children can practise without an account, there are no ads, and parents can unlock deeper progress tracking and mock papers with Pip Pro. 11+ AND KS2 SATs PRACTICE Choose the path that fits your child: 11+, KS2 SATs, or both. 11+ preparation covers Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. KS2 SATs practice covers Maths, Reading and Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling, organised around what children are expected to know by the end of Key Stage 2. The Pip Score measures practice performance and is not an exam-grade prediction. MOCK EXAMS Pip Pro unlocks timed mock papers, answer review and topic breakdowns, so children practise under exam-style conditions and parents see which areas need attention. WHAT CHILDREN PRACTISE Maths: place value, arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratio, algebra, measurement, geometry, sequences, statistics, money and problem solving. Grace, the lesson voice, now has smoother pauses and a calmer volume. Plus lots of smaller fixes. ### 1.7.1 — 2026-09-26 Stuck? Pip now goes back a step, not down. When a topic keeps tripping your child up, Pip offers the building block that comes before it, then brings them back once it is solid. Mastered skills return for quick checks over the following weeks so they stick, and if your child is rushing, Pip tells them to slow down and check rather than making things easier. Meet the Pip Score, Pip's own 0 to 100 score for every skill, with clear zones for learning, building and the challenge zone at the top. Money has been rebuilt from the ground up. Every skill is now the real thing: fill in a receipt, count a till, order from a cafe menu, change holiday money at an airport board, compare shelf prices, read a train timetable and more, with harder multi-step questions at the top levels. New Pip Pro skills include Price list and Timetables and tickets. Pip Teaches lessons now move as Pip explains: clocks sweep, counters group and fractions split in front of your child. Numbers stand out in every question, and "Why was mine wrong?" now explains mistakes on far more questions. Plant the seed, watch it sprout as they learn, and once a skill is mastered it bears apples to collect, feed to Pip or sell for coins. Walk Pip around, build paths and fences, add benches, swings, fountains and lanterns, and watch Pip sit, swing and explore everything you place. THREE TROUBLEMAKERS Now and then a swarm invades the garden: the Bee Boss, the Ladybird Leader or the Rat Ruler. Nothing grows until it's gone. Clear it with 10 questions on topics your child has already learned, with every right answer chasing part of the swarm away. Each boss gets a little tougher every time he comes back. Beat them to win trophies and bronze, silver and gold badges for the Collection. MORE PIP TEACHES Fifteen new lessons: place value, multiples, negative numbers, number lines, factors and primes, squares and roots and divisibility for 11+, plus eight more for SATs maths. Pip now explains one short step at a time, and "See another" runs any example again with new numbers. PRACTICE THAT SHOWS ITS WORKING Practice questions now use the same pictures as the lessons: sliding digits, number lines, clocks, fraction bars and equal groups, so a child can see why an answer is right.
