## What is Pip?

48 seconds. That's the whole session.

Pip is a private Kegel reminder: eight gentle squeeze-and-release cycles, then you're done. Free, with no account, no ads, and no subscription. Nothing leaves your phone.

• A 48-second guided session you can pause anytime
• Up to three local reminders, including weekends
• Today's count, a month calendar, and a simple streak
• Apple Watch session plus a Home Screen widget
• Optional haptics; silent enough to use anywhere

Pip does not use Health, cloud, or tracking.

Pip is a general wellness reminder, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop if you have pain or concerns and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
