You type what you are feeling right now, and in seconds you hear a gentle, calming meditation made for that exact feeling. Not a generic session, not a library of lessons, not a course. A meditation made just for this.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell Pip what is happening. Choose from a set of moment-tags (waiting for a reply, post-conflict, fear of being left, general spiral) or just write what feels true.

Pip listens. A warm, grounded meditation is created around your words: a personalized opening and closing wrapped around a vetted, calming practice.

You breathe with it. The session is short, around 30 seconds to a few minutes, so you can use Pip in the moment, wherever you are.
