Flange Bolt-Up (Pro)

Pick a flange in Reference Data and get the bolt-up numbers right there:

- Target torque per the ASME PCC-1 nut-factor method (T = K x D x F / 12). Nut factor presets for anti-seize, machine oil and as-received studs - every assumption is on screen and editable, so you get a number instantly instead of "more input required".
- Bolt load from ASME B1.1 stress areas, with target stress shown as a percentage of A193 B7 yield.
- Four-pass schedule with the actual ft-lb for each pass (30% / 60% / 100%, plus the final clockwise rotational pass).
- Numbered star-pattern diagram drawn for the exact bolt count of the flange you selected.
