## What is Pipehound?

PipeHound is your plumbing-code field dog — ask code questions in plain English and get fast answers with code-section citations for your state.

BUILT FOR PLUMBERS ON THE JOB
• Ask in plain English — no more flipping through the code book
• Hands-free voice input with a big, glove-friendly mic button
• Answers cite the code sections so you can verify fast
• State-aware: pick your state and PipeHound answers from the right code
• Chat history stays on your device — no accounts, no tracking

CODES COVERED AT LAUNCH
• Colorado — 2021 International Plumbing Code with state amendments
• California — 2025 California Plumbing Code (2024 UPC base)
More states are on the way.

Whether you're roughing in a DWV stack, sizing water lines, or checking trap-arm limits, PipeHound points you at the right section in seconds.

PipeHound is a reference aid — always verify against the code as adopted in your jurisdiction and confirm with your AHJ before performing work.

Your first 4 questions are free — no account, no signup. Unlimited questions with PipeHound Pro, a $4.99/month auto-renewing subscription. Answers are generated by our self-hosted model — see the in-app privacy disclosure for what's sent.
