## What is PipFlow?

PipFlow is practice management built for small law firms — and for the clients they serve. Firm staff manage their caseload end to end, while clients get a clean portal view of their own matters.

• Each firm gets its own isolated sign-in and data

• Each lawyer's AI knowledge base is private to that lawyer — never shared with other lawyers, even in the same firm
• Certificate-pinned, encrypted connections; AI inference runs on Amazon Bedrock — your content stays in AWS and is never used to train models
