La aplicación se queda eternamente cargando para entrar y nunca lo hace. Le he quitado el wifi, lo he dejado con datos y nada. **Developer response:** Hola! Team Pipol ### 1/5 — Terrible el soporte *2021-07-17, version 2.1.5* La aplicación funciona a medias, puedes recibir dinero pero si la quieres usar para pagar te solicita un PIN. La única manera de configurar el PIN es por la aplicación pero da un error que no permite hacerlo. Me comunique con soporte por correo pero nunca les importó el error que les decía y me dejaron sin solución. La verdad es que da miedo dejar el intercambio de dinero en manos de una empresa que se desatiende de sus problemas. ¿la app la creó un pasante qué ya no trabaja allí? ### 1/5 — Careful with your personal data *2021-04-29* They will have you go through all the steps to verify your identity and get all the sensitive info about you…then they will say that there is a problem with something, in my case the e-mail address which we kept using to communicate with each other to verify the rest of the info. The same e-mail they used to request the bank account info and picture of my driver license. So they are just harvesting information, why they didn’t complain about my address at the very beginning, before they asked for all the other sensitive information? Hice un pago por $50 hace una semana y ahora no me deja transferir ni $1 porque el límite fue excedido... no entiendo... no sirve No tiene correo de soporte al cual escribir ni nada... ### 1/5 — Can’t use *2021-02-01* After my first transaction I keep getting a message saying I’m limited to $50 on my first transaction, even though I was able to send money already. Mr. Pipol ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2022-02-26* This is a scam. ### 1/5 — No sirve *2022-01-13* Esta App no sirve. Hice una primera transacción por $50 y luego no me permitió hacer otras transferencias. Arroja un mensaje indicando que la primera operación debe ser máximo de $50 y ni siquiera permite transferir montos menores a ese. No hay opción de soporte al cliente en donde se pueda reportar la incidencia. Otros usuarios con sistema operativo Android pueden hacerlo sin problema **Developer response:** Hola. Por motivos de seguridad la primera transferencia es limitada a un máximo de $50. Una vez la transferencia aparezca aprobada en el app y no pendiente, podrá hacer transferencias.
