I paid for this month's renewal, yet the chat was free only on the first day; after that, I was charged one gem per message and five gems to generate an image, and the characters became unavailable. Two chat modes say free, but still cost gems per message. Free means free, not free as long as you have gems, and buy more. You shouldn’t have to get a membership, or constantly buy gems to be able to chat.
