Earn PIPs (Positive Impact Points) for actions you take as you pursue your educational and career goals. You can redeem your PIPs for rewards on the app, and those rewards, including gift cards, are stored on the app for when you want to use them. How does PIPs work? • Your school, training program or other referring organization will give you a unique QR code or link • Once you access the code, you’ll be prompted to download the app, where you can join your PIPs Rewards community. • When you sign-up, you earn PIPs.. When you’re ready to earn more, you’ll find actions you can take on the EARN button on the dashboard. • Easily validate your earnings by uploading a photo, sending in a form, or scanning a provided QR code • The dashboard is easy to navigate. When scanning QR codes, often times the app gives me the “must wait one hour before scanning for more points” or “maximum limit up to 3x/day” despite more than a few hours having passed. Same goes for the second warning — more often than not, I get the warning even though I have only scanned once or twice.
