The App kinda works, but for the love of God, the usability is abysmal. Landing page, transactions are displayed, and the top right displays a ridiculous button that looks like a notification, namely “Failed” making people think all that’s displayed below is failing transactions. Eventually anyone used to mobile Apps will find their way but that’s not the point, you’re making the user experience harder than it needs to be. 

We are not expecting you to innovate, banking in Greece is like 30 years behind, can you at least copy what you see in modern banking Apps like Monzo UK and the likes?

I was happy when I discovered this app. It worked for a few months. Now it does not let me login. I can login fine through their web interface.

I have both my Piraeus apps Personal and Business and they do not work together. If I login into either one of them and setup face login then the other logs out and if I need to use it I have to go through the registration process again. Then if I want to login to the previous one I have again to register. This is a bug that exists for more than 3 months now. Please fix it.

Hello! My app stoped working since I updated my phone to iOS 11! I urgently need my app since I am not home. It’s my only way to access my bank account! Plase fix it!!
