## What is Pirate Wars?

Hoist the colors. PirateWars drops you into a living 3D ocean where every other
ship is a real captain — and only one of you sails away.

This is fast, skill-based naval combat. Line up your bow, ram an enemy amidships,
and let your cannons roar. Where you hit matters: strike a foe's stern or flank
for heavy damage, and keep your reinforced bow to the enemy to take less. Read
the sea, pick your angle, and send rivals to the depths.

SET SAIL
- A real-time, server-authoritative multiplayer world — fight other players at sea.
- A living, endless ocean with rolling swell your ship truly rides.
- Pick-up-and-play controls: steer, trim your sails, and fire port or starboard.
- iPad keyboard support: arrows to steer and sail, Control/Option to fire.

FIGHT
- Ramming and cannon broadsides, with directional damage that rewards positioning.
- A radar to track enemies and floating treasure around you.
- Sink or be sunk — then choose your moment to respawn.

PLUNDER & UPGRADE
- Earn gold and experience from every fight and every chest you grab.
- Spend skill points and gold to upgrade your sails, hull, and cannons — and see
  your ship grow more fearsome.
- Your captain, your colors, your progress — carried with you across sessions.

CUSTOMIZE
- Name your captain and paint your sails, hull, and flag.
- Sign in with Game Center, or just start playing — your progress is saved either way.

No art assets, no downloads of giant texture packs — the whole world is generated
in code. Just you, your ship, and the open sea.

- Various bug fixes and performance improvements for a smoother voyage.
