Some are along a story line, others like a semi open world. However it often crashes/kicks players out due to “connection problems” for sometimes hours, sometimes days at a time. Like right now. When the game goes offline and no one is able to log in, everyone's accounts get drained of their recourses that takes weeks to get and you just get to restart with nothing in return, it's not fair to the players who keep this game running and active and we can't get a single reply or email back trying to help us, instead we get hit with, " I'm sorry the game doesn't recommend you do that so I can't help you", I just want some help and some newer updates that keep this from continuously happening it has made too many people quit and leave the game only due to the developers not being willing to help accordingly. ### 3/5 — I can't access my account *2026-03-05, version 1.0.341* I was playing when the game froze, so I restarted it, but when starts loading, I get a message saying the account cannot be verified. ### 1/5 — Money and Gems *2026-02-01, version 1.0.339* So I had never spent anything on this game yet, finally did today February 1st 2026, started with the $29.99 1050 Gems + an extra 315 Gems as an event deal. My farm account received it fine but my main account NewDawn9994 did not. It received a portion of the gems about 600. You as the game makers can check my account and see I never spent or received the correct amount paid for. This needs to be fixed. Will not be making anymore purchases unless this is figured out. Will update review as needed if anything is done about it. The gap between the players with money and those who play for fun without money or those who won’t pay to play is significant by way of “rewards”. This whole thing is a farce. Don’t get sucked in. They’ve done the franchise cannon characters spot on! You can decorate your ships and rename them too for a in game price of 1000 gold coins event by playing and completing tasks set out by master gnomery gibbs. It’s a right bloody adventure and glues my eyes to the screen for hours! I forget the time most the time lol! Only, there’s something I must address, This has been a game I’ve been on and off with due to my mental wellbeing. I’m autistic with high anxiety disorder and I keep getting people in the English chat area putting me down and bad naming me for being autistic. They even take a Mickey by repeating what I say. The bad experiences on there makes me seriously mentally ill, forgetting to eat, sleep, it’s a nightmare and I uninstall the game in the long run. Trouble is, I end up with the theme song stuck in my head from the game and I start missing it, I forget why I uninstalled and end up reinstalling. I’d love to continue playing, only online games like those heightens my anxiety levels due to people like that who are willing to reck lives. Developers, I’d like to make you aware you’ve got bullying going on in the game social sense. It has got to have a stop put to it. It’s not autistic friendly. My connection is stable and at full capacity, I have enough memory so this is not a user problem. This is clearly a server issue on the game developer side of things. Please check on this I need to make some updates on my ships and your application delays are effecting my leveling up in a timely fashion. I need you to get your network and or server game together because this is not a good look. Or I’ll be forced to change my rating.
