The app does not work at all. It doesn’t allow you to login. When you enter your Ticketmaster info, it takes you to a screen to download the app (yes, the very app that you’ve already downloaded and are actively trying to use to sign into your Ticketmaster account. 

Several users have complained about this and as you can see from Version History updates, the developer does not care to fix these issues.

FYI - There are 3 positive reviews all dated for January 12th … that’s not suspicious at all. 🥴
