Why is it that I can use Apple Pay on the website as a guest (when the website is working in safari, which is not consistent) but if I am logged in to the app I cannot use apple pay?

The environment is so clean, modern & beautiful! Management is on top of everything making sure every customer’s order is correct and leaves happy along with the amazing employees they have here at Pita Fresh! I eat there almost everyday and they have the absolute BEST customer service and Hands down the BEST food in town! Don’t miss their amazing food and great service they will turn your whole day around!!!! Thank you Pita Fresh for always making my experience SO AMAZING every single time I place an order!!!!
