The service is great. Only issue is the mobile app is not user-friendly. The most recent app update has made it unusable. For one thing if you try to do a previous order again you are not able to back out of the summary. On top of that you cannot add additional items if you select reorder. After all of that, if you try to just do a normal new order the customizations and additional requests constantly crash the app. Please fix. My husband is having to just go order in store because the app is so messed up. I wasn’t able to pay at least 5 times and decided to eat somewhere else. Not worth the hassle. Riddled with bugs from out of index exceptions to not accepting Apple Pay successfully. Just terrible. ### 1/5 — Great Food Terrible App *2026-07-18* The food here is amazing. My family eats here all the time. I tried to order ahead and have the food ready for pickup. I was logged into the app. I setup my order and the app would not complete a payment transaction. You cannot add any form of payment (I tried Visa and American Express). Everything was showing as completed transaction. I had a thing the welcome Peter reward for free Greek fries and I had the five dollars off for signing up for the rewards program. I went to go pick up my food and it said that the order was not complete and it took my rewards and everything and I showed up to pick up my food and there was no food. Then I discussed with the lady at the counter and she said simply there is nothing we will do for you. She saw that I had rewards.
