## What is Pitada?

That recipe you saw on Reels is not getting lost again.

Share the video with Pitada and get the ingredients and steps written down in your cookbook in seconds. No typing, no screenshots piling up.

SAVE FROM ANYWHERE
- From a video: Instagram and TikTok. We watch, we listen, and we write it all down for you.
- From a photo: grandma's notebook, the back of the box, that magazine page.
- From a website: paste the link and you're done.

YOUR COOKBOOK, YOUR WAY
- Your recipes are private, saved right on your phone.
- Change the servings and every quantity recalculates on its own.
- Real kitchen language: cups, tablespoons, a pinch, to taste.
- Cook Mode: giant steps, timers, and the screen stays on.
- Saved a recipe in another language? Pitada shows it in English.

YOUR WEEK, SOLVED
- Build your Meal Plan: tap a day, pick a recipe, and it stays there.
- Send it to your Grocery List and it adds up repeated ingredients. (Two recipes with onions become "3 onions," not two separate lines.)
- Sorted by aisle, so you're not zigzagging across the store.

PITADA+
- On the free plan, you save 5 recipes a month.
- Pitada+ removes the limit: save as many as you want.
- Auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

## Frequently asked questions about Pitada

### How does Pitada save recipes from videos?

Pitada can process videos from platforms like Instagram and TikTok. It analyzes the audio and visuals to extract ingredients and cooking steps, saving them directly into your digital cookbook without manual entry.

### Can Pitada help with grocery shopping?

Yes, Pitada generates a grocery list based on your planned meals. It consolidates repeated ingredients, so if two recipes call for onions, it will list '2 onions' instead of two separate entries. The list is also sorted by aisle for efficient shopping.

### What is the difference between the free plan and Pitada+?

The free plan allows you to save up to 5 recipes per month. Pitada+ is a subscription service that removes this limit, enabling you to save an unlimited number of recipes.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.4 — 2026-09-15

Saving a recipe no longer opens with your iPhone asking to paste.

There's a Paste Link button now, and that prompt only shows up when you tap to paste.

Sharing from Instagram or TikTok with Pitada closed could hang on the opening screen. Not anymore: the recipe goes straight to the save screen.

A recipe saved from a video or a website now brings its timers into Cook Mode, on steps like "bake for 40 minutes". It works for the ones you save from now on.

Sent your Meal Plan over to the Pitada+ Grocery List? Items arrive sorted by aisle, like Produce, Dairy & Eggs and Pantry. For recipes saved from now on, repeats merge better too: "chopped onion" and "onion" become a single line. And if you tap Clear Checked Items by mistake, you can undo it right away.

And Pitada now speaks French, alongside Portuguese, English and Spanish. Pick "Français" in Settings, on the Profile tab.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-31

Your recipe photos stop disappearing.

They came straight from the social network with an expiration date, so after a few days they vanished and left empty squares in your cookbook. Now the photo is saved along with the recipe, and the ones still worth rescuing from your library already were.

We also fixed the offer screen that got stuck when you tried to close it.

And Pitada now speaks Spanish, alongside Portuguese and English.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-08-29

Agora você escolhe a hora do lembrete diário.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-03

Agora dá pra convidar quem cozinha com você.

Convide uma amiga pelo seu link: quando ela entrar, vocês duas
ganham salvamentos de bônus. Seu código fica no Perfil, em
"Tem um código de convite?".

Compartilhar receita ficou simples. Manda o link no zap ou
mostra o QR code pra pessoa apontar a câmera.

Também nesta versão:
. O preço que aparece na tela é o mesmo que a loja cobra, sempre.
. Reinstalou o app? Seu Pitada+ volta sozinho.
. Mais estabilidade nas telas do início e nos painéis do app.
