PitchAware provides live-streaming and highlights for baseball and softball players. Teams can chart their own games, or visit a venue that uses PitchAware's services. Payment for subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the monthly rate. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Why doesn’t the main screen box score/matchup scroll? Also ‘plays’ under the box score freeze the app. Can’t see pitches or outcome of each at bat on iPhone without switching to ‘media’. I got tendinitis in my thumb switching back and forth. ### 1/5 — Unable to cancel *2023-06-21* I can’t figure out if I’m being charged for just downloading the app. The help section isn’t a working page. There is no info on what you are getting or if there is a fee. Even though it says you MUST cancel within 48 hours, there is no way to cancel. I can’t stand this app and it’s expensive to get the “better” version. ### 3/5 — Baseball viewing *2022-04-10* The first night I used this app, it froze up 6-8 times and I would have to completely close the app and then go back through the entire process to get back into the game. Today when trying to view the link to the games does not take you to the current live feed, you get a white screen. You have to go back 4 hours to an earlier game click on that link to then view the live game stream. Currently no championship games are coming up on the app. All I get is a white screen. When the camera feed does work it is great! ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2021-09-17* Downloaded the app for a tournament. Clicked on the App to open it. Was given a choice to login or create account.
