You can say if you are available or not but there are lots of problems for instance when there are two matches in different places you have to either be available or not available you cant be available for one but not the other

Pitchero is quite handy but as a user of many club apps, there is something quite annoying about this one. 
When there are 2 evens on the same date, your availability status counts for both. This is unhelpful if you can’t actually make both. 
For example my daughter is in multiple teams and also has training. Sometimes we can’t make one but we can make the other but I can’t make that obvious on the app. Please update it.

I hear you but that still isn’t helpful.  I get told all the told that they don’t look at the comments as they are not displayed without clicking on the fixture/child and that is cumbersome to do when you need to see at a glance who is available. 
When managing a team you need all the info in one place. 

You could adapt the app to make it an availability per event which would solve all the issues and accommodate all needs

**Developer response:** Hi thanks for the feedback. A lot of Clubs do find this feature useful as it captures availability for the date and they can then allocate players to fixtures and training accordingly. Users can also add comments to their availability status so they can notify coaches about their circumstances. For examples unavailable for fixture A due to travel distance but can attend fixture B

The app needs to the functionality to include a games venue full address and a clickable venue map like Spond has. Big miss not having that.

Introducing Pitchero's Secure Document Store (SDS). A key part of a Club's registration process is collecting photos and documents needed for player registration. In this version of the app you can now upload documents requested by your Club into our Secure Document Store. Only yourself and appointment Club officials will be able to view these documents

### 8.7.0 — 2026-08-11

This release includes several enhancements for both admins and members. For admins you can now easily see a members availability comments on the Availability screen and you can access the applicants profile within member requests. For members you can now request to cancel a subscription within Manager Subscription and any additional product images will display in the Club Shop.

### 8.6.0 — 2026-07-27

Admins can now start group conversations for team selections and training sessions. They can also select and copy member profile fields and disable role request notifications. Additionally, several bug fixes and overall improvements have been implemented.
