However, after having the tracker on her for over a month, not a single activity or walk has appeared on the app, despite us regularly taking her on walks and doing different activities with her. ### 4/5 — Usability - tiny tweak could make huge difference *2026-07-02, version 2.36.20* App is fine (if a little feature bloated) but if you could reverse the colours so that gray = not active like the rest of the internet it would help usability a lot. ### 5/5 — Works well *2026-06-05* The app works well and does what it’s supposed to do. It’s nice to be able to track my dogs’ activity, especially since one of them needs to lose weight. I really got the devices attached to this app for the GPS function. The app works fine for that as well. We temporarily forgot she had Pitpat on (yes we panicked!) but Pitpat directed us to her immediately within minutes! So thank you Pitpat ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-03-20, version 2.36.6* I got this through biscuit to earn more coins for walking but I’ve given up after 3 devices have failed and the app being so buggy that it works about once a week. It just freezes all the time and doesn’t allow you to connect to the device! I’ve reinstalled countless times. Avoid! ### 2/5 — Stark verbesserungswürdig *2026-03-05, version 2.36.3* Die Batterielaufzeit ist wirklich top. Das Gerät gibt es in vielen Farben und ist im Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern kleiner und leichter, gut für kleine Hunde. Die GPS-Synchronisation dauert ein einige Minuten, geht dann für eine Moment und refresht meist automatisch nach nochmals einigen Minuten. Live-Tracking ist also nicht der Fall! ### 5/5 — Anxious dog *2026-03-03* My parents asked me to look after their anxious dog while they're away. I live in a different city to them. I never take the tracker off her collar. I honestly don't know how she jumped the fence but she did and just ran off. It took 60 seconds for pitpat to locate her but the location was precise and in 5 minutes I was able to get her after driving to the location (luckily main road). It would've been a different kind of a week for all of us if it wasn't for pit pat. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Missing so much *2026-02-26, version 2.36.1* I’d like to share this with my dog walker but I don’t want them to be able to track my dog 24/7 knowing my own location.
