Суть в том что они могут заблокировать карту отправив обычное сообщение, но те кто пользуется им за границей может попасть на то что счета заблокированы и при подаче онлайн заявок они будут их отклонять и придется ждать 10 РАБОЧИХ дней, я уже в процессе ожидания 3й месяц и вообще не знаю когда счет будет разблокирован
