I had to reset my kids watches and it wiped my information off the app on my phone. Trying to log back in to the app and it will not send me a verification code! I have forgotten my password and can not log on to the app. Help please

Had the app working for about 2 hours then ran into some issues (user error), so I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, went to sign in again and pair to the watch, and it says I need to be accepted by the administrator account (which is me) before I can proceed into the app. So I officially can’t login to my own account or access any of the app/watch features. Have emailed for support, so hopefully they come back with a solution. If sorted, I’ll change the star rate.

We bought this to ensure our kid gets too and from school safely. We have a geofence around school and around home so we know when they get close too each. The notifications however, rarely ever come through, and if they do it is usually hours after they have entered or left a geofenced zone. This watch and app are an absolute waste of money.

This app is absolute rubbish. Not user friendly at all. And there is no troubleshooting page. The FAQ page does not answer anything. Do not buy!!

App sends you a four digit code to register, but the app needs a six digit code to register. 

Without the app, most of the features aren’t able to be accessed and it reduces its usability and it’s basically a dumb phone on a kids wrist.

Location is updating fast enough, plus is far off from the real location. The phone itself is not working properly either. I have Telstra SIM card for my phone and Pixbee, my iPhone is working at my home but Pixbee phone doesn’t working when my phone shows 2 bar signal. Very disappointed

My son just bought this watch today and we have been trying all afternoon to pair with my phone. Unfortunately, the app keeps freezing. I cannot even get to the Home Screen to have a look at all of the features. 
I will be really bummed if he has just wasted his money on a dud product.

After reading other reviews I bought this watch for my daughter knowing that there would be issues but didn’t realise it could actually be so bad. I figured it’s half the price of an Apple Watch but even if it last a year it will have served its purpose until she is old enough for a phone. It was even worse than I thought - it doesn’t receive notifications even after classroom mode is turned off, the phone app doesn’t get notifications at all so I never know when my daughter had messaged, the location tracking is hours old and useless, it would go into low power mode and disable the screen even after being charged all night… the list is endless. It doesn’t even tell the time properly - it keeps resetting the timezone to the wrong location. 

After trying to stick through it for 2 weeks I took it back for a refund and bought an Apple Watch. The only positive is that the JB Hi-Fi staff were excellent and the refund process was a breeze.

The notifications are horrific. There’s no way of knowing when your child calls or messages unless the app is open. What’s the point of that?

I have been using this app for 48hrs and have never been more disappointed with an app! 5hrs spent trying to log in - I am the admin- and no luck. The same time spent trying to reset only to be given multiple different reasons for account name invalid - except when I try to register with the same number again I also can’t do that! Clicked on the app support link on the App Store only to be taken to Page Not Found 
Excruciatingly frustrating and currently unable to use the watch for its intended purpose. If I don’t have a resolution today it will be sent back for a refund this is ridiculous.

Ordered one for my daughter for Christmas, video call and chat doesn’t work. Customer service didn’t get back to me until a month later, after two weeks of back and forth they send me a new one…video call and chat doesn’t work.

Don’t waste your money.

Watch so far does what it says but the Pixbee app is almost unusable. Please please redevelop the app and make it more user friendly. Everything takes too long to load, several key buttons for the setup just don’t work most of the time - it’s an exercise in frustration every time I need to troubleshoot/fix something.

Nothing works with either the app or the phone. Rips off with monstrous data usage, doesn’t work with two devices and rarely connects despite excellent cellular coverage. Frustrating and disappointing. Painful for months - sent back for refund.

Waste of money. Doesn’t do anything it should do. The steps don’t update / stay frozen. Location says he’s at home - when I know he’s at school! Photos/msgs don’t come through. 
Geo fence Alerts don’t work. If I could rate 0/5 stars, I would.  Completely useless.

The remote monitoring doesn’t work AT ALL. GPS position on the Location map doesn’t update. Considering the cost of the watch and what it’s designed to do I’d fully expect the feature to actually work.

Would be good if the location refreshes frequently. And also for the pixbie app to have control of watches volune and vibration. Its just he watch sometimes dont vibrate even it was set to vibrate. Its just sometimes dont work. You will need to change to sound then change back to vibrate then test to know if its working. Too much hassles for parents. Most of the time kids dont know when their parents are calling or texting due to this issue.

Can’t add new device on iPhone 14 pro IOS version 17.0.3. When I click on the image in the top left of the screen in the app nothing happens so I cannot add my second child’s device.

The watch is mostly great - our 5 year old finds it easy to navigate and call us. 
He is staying with his grandmother this week in her beach front apartment and the gps has him located about 400m out to sea, which had me a little concerned when I first turned it on! 
Other than that it’s good - my recommendation to the developers is to improve the camera when possible, add in a few games, and add in options to increase contacts.

So far this watch is doing everything I expect it to do and my 8 year old can use it easily.  The one issue I have is an alert/ notification will pop up on my phone but when I go into the app and select alert, the alert page is blank. This is a worry as I have no idea what the alert is for.  Also my child would like to personalize the Home Screen but is unable to

Really could be better, in terms of location and gps accuracy (refresh is very slow and inaccurate areas), notifications and messaging (even with all notifications turned on, it doesn’t come up on phone).

Judging by the updates comment where it says “fix some bug”, I wonder if it’s just general laziness from the manufacturer. The watches are not cheap.
