PixConsent helps photographers, videographers, studios and agencies collect clear, fast and professional image-rights consent. Create a project, generate a QR code, collect signatures on your iPhone or remotely, then keep a sealed PDF with the key proof elements: identity, date, location, signature, proof photo and consent clauses. Built for real shoots: • offline signing directly on iPhone; • QR signing on the participant's own phone; • event QR for multiple signatures with the same code; • minor flow with parent or legal guardian; • signed PDF sealed with a SHA-256 hash; • professional profile, logo and photographer signature; • document export and sharing; • team sync for Team and Agency plans. PixConsent is privacy-first: Free and Pro data stay local by default. Team and Agency enable cloud sync so a studio can collaborate, share projects and access signatures across devices. Custom clause (Pro) Add your own clause to the document, in your own words. In-kind compensation (TFP) A project can now offer deliverables instead of money — a number of photos or videos, with a deadline. The document states it properly: this is not a free assignment. Identity document check Attest that you checked the signer's ID: the document prints the statement, never the document itself. You can also keep an encrypted copy, erased after 90 days. Credit on your social accounts Add your accounts to your profile and pick which ones to credit. The document now says where to credit you, not just that it must be done. Terms shown before signing When signing offline, the signer — and a minor's legal guardian — sees the scope of the consent before signing, just like on the online form. Better outside France Dozens of texts stayed in French whatever language you picked, right down to the signature area. They are now translated into all six app languages. A what's-new screen after each update, plus its history under Profile. Fixes: a consent with many clauses could lose some when the PDF was rendered; the minor flow preview displayed poorly on iPad; location detection and form reset have been reworked. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-04 PixConsent goes international. An Austrian photographer couldn't finish signing up: the app demanded a five-digit postal code. That one blocker led us to revisit everything that quietly assumed a French studio. YOUR COUNTRY, YOUR RULES • Postal codes worldwide, letters included — Austria, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Canada, Ireland, Brazil and more. • New "Country" field, pre-filled from your device. • Localised business identifier: SIRET in France, UID-Nummer in Austria, USt-IdNr. in Germany, EIN in the United States, CNPJ in Brazil… 22 countries recognised. • SIRET stays correct across French overseas départements. RIDET in New Caledonia, Numéro TAHITI in French Polynesia. • Address autocomplete as you type. PDF DOCUMENTS • Signed documents no longer cite the French penal code to photographers based outside France. The wording becomes neutral and accurate — and stays enforceable. • Governing-law clause added to every document. • A minor's agreement is now properly qualified: it comes in addition to the legal guardian's consent, never in place of it. ONLINE SIGNING • The camera no longer starts on its own — a button opens it. • Photos are compressed automatically, so submissions stop being rejected. • Error messages name the field at fault and take you straight to it. • New "Cancel" button: leaving now frees your slot instead of showing you as still signing. • Back navigation fixed in the minor flow. Thanks to the user whose message prompted this update. ### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-17 This update brings comfort and security improvements: • Swipe left/right to switch tabs (Projects, QR, Profile). • Clearer multi-select for projects: the action bar stays pinned and reachable. • The "read" status now syncs across your devices (Team and Agency plans). • Hardened security: anti-abuse protection and improved session handling. • After "forgot password", a clear button takes you back to sign-in. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.
