There is a $7.99 purchase to “remove ads,” and after playing the game for a few hours I thought it was enjoyable enough to be worth supporting the developers. Be aware, this in-app purchase does NOT remove ads. There are still banner ads, there are still “watch an ad for a bonus” ads, and there are still forced interstitial ads. Despite the promise of removing ads, the IAP is very literally $8 for nothing.
