Keeps freezing and locking my phone and have to shut my phone off.

I paid for no ads because I really like this game. I thought no ads just meant the forced ads but now I can’t use ads to get a power up and some levels are too hard without a booster. Do I would have preferred to keep the forced ads so I could then use ads to get a booster if I needed it. I only have the option of gaining in game cash from the daily ads. I am currently stuck on a level and can’t get any boosters
