I have no intention of learning the quran and I am definitely not interested in Welsh labour in the next voting elections for the south wales Senedd. Over 75% of the ads are political/religious or weight loss patches ads! Religion, politics and body shaming should be kept out of these types of games, especially when children are playing them. The only way to get rid of ads is to sign up for a weekly or monthly subscription, both of which are entirely too expensive for what you’re actually getting. I understand the purpose of ads, but while I’m in the middle of coloring it’s infuriating. Before coloring or after is fine, but it becomes so often I just give up. I greatly enjoyed Colour Island so I thought I’d give this one a shot. It is flooded with ads, even mid-level, which I’ll set aside as other people have commented on that. But my real problem is the longer you play, the slower the game gets. It finally gets so glitchy you have to shut down the game altogether and give it a five-minute rest before you can go back and keep colouring. The developers need to seriously address this and find out why it’s slowing down so badly. I’m playing on a brand-new iPad mini with bags of free space so I know that’s not the problem. However, this new update has brought some very racially offensive art into the daily challenges. I’m talking a full on massive red donut-lipped, culturally-inaccurate, stereotypically-clothed African man. It’s 2024, you can do better with your art. These pieces should be taken down from the app entirely. ### 2/5 — Buggy. *2024-07-08* I loved this game at first. I could deal with the ad breaks every once in a while in between because you actually get coins for it. But lately it’s been kicking me off the game to my web browser with an “ad” saying that my system is compromised?? And it does it over and over again. Occasionally, it would lag a bit or freeze up for a few moments when about to load an ad, but it was fine and I enjoyed coloring in the app enough to put up with some very minor annoyance. Now? Nearly all the ads freeze and won’t return to the app. The app lags every few pixels and stops letting me color, which means I can’t earn the event tokens to color event stickers! It’s incredibly frustrating to see an event and want to color all the cute items but I can’t because I can’t color enough pixels during the week it’s open to earn even 3 tokens for the first sticker! Please, figure out what’s wrong with the ad service provider or figure out a way to make the app more efficient or something, because this issue is getting ridiculous. Make it so you can do the pictures off line or a one off purchase to get rid of the ads. Way too many ads to make it enjoyable. Disappointing. I did all of the steps that was suggested, even causing myself to lose the progress I had made because it didn’t save it when I logged back in after uninstalling it. After re-installation, I thought maybe the problem would have been fixed, but alas it wasn’t. And now, it just started yesterday, but I can’t do all of my daily pictures because the first and second one are covered completely by the display box that shows the dailies. It is very frustrating that this has been happening! I know i would love to be able to do the dailies and other pictures without the problems! In general it’s a good game but has super inappropriate ads that no one should see. And the only way to remove ads is by an ongoing payment instead of how most games only have a one time payment.
