Today everything was as usual: I got straight in, put my couch pets away, and proceeded to collect my work Petz. I watched the ad for the first one, and it was taking too long to come back. So I closed the app and opened it again just to be met with the login screen. I have my information safely stored, and used it to try to get back in, but it kept saying wrong password even though I’d reset it twice. I hope it’s not a glitch or an error as my app is up to date. This is issue is a hindrance because it interferes with the schedule of collecting them and putting them back to work, and with participating in the train event going on. Please help as I don’t know what else to do. Constantly resetting my password is not gonna help as I mentioned before I did it twice and it kept saying wrong password still. Although, it's not too much of a problem, so the devs shouldn't try to add more features that suck and make the game more pay-to-win. Speaking of, the game is a bit pay-to-win in an odd sense, as many things are much easier to get if you just pay money, though that's something most games do do it's pretty forgivable. Overall though, I love this game. Love the game, but you overall need money to get gems. (Main currency.) *2026-08-03, version 0.4.41* Unless you get really lucky and people like the series you made, it’s very difficult to get gemz and coins. The players also tend to only interact with the popular players. The tax is insane, it’s a game and not irl and they put tax on your hard owned gemz and coins. They say it’s for inflation but I think it’s greed. VERY greedy game but cute Petz at least ### 1/5 — Bad moderation and community management *2026-07-03, version 0.4.41* Horrible community management overall. They let people, horrible people, roam on their platform without consequence and don’t do anything about it, especially in their discord server ( applies ingame too). If you’re being harassed by people in the discord, they will not take action and ask you to ‘block’ despite these people going out of their way to get you shamed out of the game and discord server itself; nor do they fact check before taking action to ban someone. Their chat moderators and moderators are absolutely horrendous (honorable mention PrinceDaliot for being possibly the worst chatmod PXP has ever seen. Tikeren and Aphid and Azuren are amazing. I love you guys. I would let you gently hold my firstborn) and the game becoming more money-hungry over the past years not only with the absurd amount of ads but the players itself as well. It used to be enjoyable, but it’s boring and insufferable nowadays, and it’s only downhill from here. It is crawling with bullies, mass-harassers, and more. Itll only bring you down if you decide to play it more and actually get into their horrid community People in their discord server will insult your art, insult you, etc, if you get on their BAADDD side…. Shakes. And honorably mentioning their members massive egos thinking they own an art channel and being a two faced bum (PumpkinSerenity). I REBUKE you demon and your friend group who you’re either keeping hostage in a cage and feeding them scraps and telling them to get to work or they’re genuinely just as evil as you because you think making little kids afraid of you makes you scary. Naaasty! You’re the next TVStatic. Pixel pets mods, do better and actually moderate your game correctly.
