I’ve always had the premium version because I loved having the option to color all pics. Well, recently it started not allowing me to paint them all and continued to ask to buy premium and I would click on it and tell me I was already premium. And when I clicked on restore it wouldn’t let me. It continues to give me error messages and I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied with this app! I can’t open any paid pictures! There was one change, and that was my bank account is less than it was! There was not a problem process my purchase, but get error messages each time I try to open a paid pic. I have tried toco tact developer, but website that is listed does not exist anymore! I pay the full membership fee per year. The first year was fine, then I stopped getting the new pictures. I just kept working on the pictures I already had. Now they have locked some of the pictures, (the nicer pictures that I pay for). Not very happy. Can’t get a resolution to either issue. ### 1/5 — What’s going on? *2021-04-10, version 2.9.3* Update: 4/10/21 This app is on auto-renew for my subscription and just renewed again (3/24/21). I’ve been somewhat Ok with that even though new pics haven’t been updated for a year because I’m slowly working my through them all. However, this time when it charged me the yearly subscription it locked me out of all the VIP content. Nobody to contact, etc. to rectify because this is clearly a defunct app. This is complete crap! I’ll be contacting iTunes to complain and request a refund. This app should be shut down! Buyer beware! 3/24/20: I’ve been paying for a subscription for a few years now on the basis that new content will be offered on a daily or regular basis. I understand that at times this may not happen but it’s basically been a month now... I understand that things are happening in the world that may not allow this but other apps & games I use are still providing updated content or addressing why they aren’t/won’t be for awhile. The fact that we can no longer contact customer support except through a defunct FB page is also of concern. I find it unethical to continue to accept subscriptions if there is nothing to subscribe too. I’ve completed the content provided to date yet my money is still being taken.
