When the app isn’t installed I can watch videos from a shared link. 

When the app is installed and I click a link it asks me to sign in which I do but then says I don’t belong to a team and then can’t watch. 

Facebook sign in is broken. 

It a poorly made poorly tested app.

At first I was very excited to use Pixellot. 

That’s changed. 

Im already disappointed in the ability to follow the puck/play already. Your pano mode in webviewer is helpfull but reality is that everyone uses app first and you can’t use pano mode in app. It’s more work to have to use webviewer. 

The video that’s uploaded to vidswap is also useless if I can’t see what’s happening. I don’t know if breakdowns/logging is accurate because the video misses much of the key moments in the game anyway. 

When purchasing, for 2023-2024 season I was assured that live streaming would be available. 

I’ve tried to follow up with support team but communication is inconsistent and not much they can do. 

I would have been better off sticking with hudl for a little longer.

They advertise live streaming and IT DOES NOT LIVE STREAM!  We had a sponsor pay for this system and a year of service because we were promised live streaming and it doesn’t exist on the Pixellot Air.

The online instructional video says you can export even the screenshot in the App Store shows a icon for export. However the app itself only allows you to “share” the video link. You can’t export it.

This is really a great idea but you lose a lot of quality trying to airplay this to a tv and there is not an Apple TV app which would greatly improve my review and watching on your phone sucks please consider making an Apple TV app

Been using the feature for about a year and here is my honest assessment. 

- The functionality is pretty smooth and being able to view games typically occurs without issues. I have heard of features supposedly coming out in the near future so waiting on the new features to see if it increases the value of the product.
- There should be an iPad compatible version of the app.
- Admins should be able to download content directly from the app to devices or files application.

Look forward to improved functionality and future enhancements.

We have enjoyed our camera and we are impressed with the quality of the video. The editing feature is also a big plus. What would be nice is an update to allow for iPad compatibility.
