There is also no way to contact support. Edit: Absolutely hysterical that the dev responded with the same instructions verbatim that are in the game and do not work. Tried deleting app and redownloading same issue even made a second account and still had same outcome. This game has a fresh take on mechanics of trading card games and it feels great. Literally my only gripe right now, which can’t be helped, is that I’ve still never played against a real person. After 23 seconds of waiting in the PvP queue, it pairs you with a bot. Which is honestly the perfect time to get into a game! Pull rates are abysmal and fire type is OP but everything wrong can be patched or updated. Gameplay mechanics are pretty solid imo slight hesitation when someone is open, but nothing is perfect. Not entirely sure of the pool rates for certain cards or whatever the actual rarities are. also the low card pool mix opening packs a little sad for now and not sure what the plan is for duplicate cards since you can’t use them.
