As a result, people were unable to view any photos at all, making the QR code essentially useless. The technical instability completely undermined the purpose of the app, especially for events where reliability is critical. Even more frustrating was the lack of response from customer support. Multiple attempts to reach out for help or clarification went unanswered, with no acknowledgment or resolution provided. Overall, the app caused more frustration than convenience. Guests on different devices and networks experienced the same issue, both on the day and afterwards which has been embarrassing. I have logged 2 support tickets but have yet to receive a response. It’s a lovely concept but the performance and lack of support have made it a very frustrating experience.
