## What is PixelPOS?

PixelPOS is a point of sale for shops in Tanzania. Sell and give receipts, keep track of your stock and collect your Madeni, all from your phone. The same shop also runs on your computer and on a POS machine, so everything stays in one place.

SELL FAST
• Search a product or scan its barcode with the camera, then finish the sale in a few taps
• Record how the customer paid: cash, M-Pesa and other mobile money, card, bank transfer, or a mix
• Print the receipt or share it as a PDF on WhatsApp or by email
• Hold a sale and come back to it later
• Open and close the cash register for each shift

KNOW YOUR DAY
• Today's sales, profit and expenses the moment you open the app, compared with yesterday
• A monthly sales goal you can watch fill up
• Today's takings by payment method, so the cash in the drawer and the mobile money add up

MADENI (DEBT BOOK)
• Record who owes you and who you owe, with due dates and part payments
• See overdue debts at a glance
• Remind a customer on WhatsApp or by SMS in one tap
• Replace the paper debt notebook for good

STOCK
• Products, prices, barcodes and stock levels for every shop or warehouse
• Low stock alerts before you run out
• Purchases from suppliers, transfers between branches and stock adjustments

REPORTS
• Profit and loss, sales, purchases, expenses and cash register reports
• Stock value, best selling products and best customers
• Any date range you choose

ALSO INCLUDED
• Customers and suppliers with balances and history
• Expenses, quotations and sales returns
• Accounting: chart of accounts, journal, trial balance and balance sheet
• A separate login for each cashier, with their own permissions
