### 4/5 — Easy and Rewarding Way to Stay Mindful

*2022-12-08, version 1.1.3*

I love this app — it’s such a quick and easy way to track how you’re feeling and is great for people who want to spend some time being mindful and retrospective but struggle to find the time to sit down and do longer form journaling.

I used this app on Android for years and recently switched to iOS and the transition was mostly seamless. The only criticisms I have are that the text field for entering notes isn’t a “text area” like on Android, but a single-line text box. This makes it more difficult to enter longer notes and edit them, especially since the box does not seem to have auto-correct enabled. Also, my imported pixels are misaligned by one day because it looks like the iOS app only has 30 days in October instead of 31. Oops!

All things considered, this is a fantastic app and I’d give it five stars if those issues above were to be fixed.

### 4/5 — love this app!

*2022-08-06, version 1.1.3*

i have been using this app all of 2022 so far and have been loving it! it’s super simple and easy to use and that is why i have been able to update it every single day of the year. i have been writing little paragraphs for every day of the year so later in life i can come back to it and see how i was feeling and what i was up to. i saw a lot of reviews saying that the app doesn’t save from year to year and was pretty disappointed considering how much time i have put into it. but i found that if you go to settings on the app and click export you can export it into your notes app and it will include your selected emotions and notes for each day. i hope it saves automatically, but if not it’s good to know that! overall, i am loving the app. no need to pay because some of the free color combos are actually pretty cute!

### 4/5 — Great app! Needs calendar update

*2022-01-31, version 1.1.3*

Fantastic simple app for tracking mood long-term. Request for devs - it seems like there’s a cap on months containing 5 rows of weeks. This cut off Jan 31, 2022, and Oct 31, 2022. Possible to add? Thanks!

### 4/5 — Medication tracker

*2022-01-06, version 1.1.3*

Loving this app so far! I wish I could track if I took my meds or not on a certain day.

### 4/5 — just one thing

*2020-05-04, version 1.0.3*

i’ve had this app for a very long time! it’s super nice and i love the way it’s set up. i’ve had custom made colors for a very long time too. i decided i wanted a change and went to swap the colors. apparently the way the palates were set up changed and when i changed my colors i forever lost the ability to have anything but the default palate unless i paid or watched ads. i think this is super sad, as this wasn’t like that before. i really didn’t want to pay for it, so ads it is. an inconvenience, but manageable i guess.

### 4/5 — a couple flaws, but overall im loving this app!!

*2020-01-04, version 1.0.2*

you can tell the creators of this app really value the purpose of it, which is sort of rare in many apps you’ll find these days - even mental health based ones. this is one of many reasons why I love it.
I do have some concerns and nitpicky comments (-:
first, another user said in their review that they used the app during 2019, and then lost all their data when the year ended. a big purpose of the app is to look back and be mindful of change and moods. I’d be devastated if everything just disappeared when the year ended. is there a way we can keep previous years saved to look back on?
I was intending on sharing the app with my friends to download, but I’d feel absolutely horrible if they lost their stuff, too. I still want to share it with them! I’m just concerned about this.
when inputting a new day, the option “write something about it” is set up a little awkwardly. it’s difficult to navigate if you’re writing more than a couple words. I’ve reverted to writing it in my notes on my phone, and then copying and pasting it into the app. I don’t mind doing that, and it’s not a huge flaw, just a little awkward.
there’s also the occasional glitch - on the 2nd, when I was trying to input info for the 1st of January, it kept applying it the 2nd. I switched to the traditional year in pixels layout (which I prefer anyways) and refreshed the app, and it was good as new! I figured it worth mentioning.
so aside from my concerns and the very minor flaws, this app is absolutely amazing. I intend to continue using it, as well as encouraging my friends to use it!

### 5/5 — Great app!!

*2020-01-01, version 1.0.1*

I love this app, i use it every day! great way to track my moods and thoughts. is there any way to access old notes from last year? id like to have them to read back and reflect on, if thats possible. thanks for the great app!

### 4/5 — Nice to see it all laid out

*2019-12-16, version 1.0.1*

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and recently switched from android to iOS. hope there will be cross OS importing soon!

### 5/5 — Simple and clean diary!

*2019-10-08, version 1.0*

I used this religiously on my old Android device. I used it everyday for almost half a year. I even bought pixels plus! I recently switched to iOS and was bummed to see that this app wasn’t on the App Store. However, my prayers have now been answered!

I love this app and I think you will too!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Please, Fix the entry box. It looks like I’m in title mode with that dinky box entry.

*2023-01-25, version 1.1.3*

I used to love this app. But I Went from android to iPhone. I hate this app Now. Please fix app to be open page as I enter text. I need to see everything I’m entering. Not a partial view of text. Thanks

### 1/5 — why did u delete my past year

*2022-01-02, version 1.1.3*

what kind of logic is that like seriously. it should be common sense to save the last year why would i want to just lose all of my progress and notes it makes 0 sense

### 1/5 — Calendar Date Incorrect

*2020-01-02, version 1.0.1*

The app is one day ahead of US. Mood tracking for Jan. 1 actually registers as Jan. 2. My mood - annoyed. App deleted.

### 1/5 — Didn’t save my information

*2020-01-01, version 1.0.1*

I started using this app in December, 2019. On January 1, 2020, I found that everything from the prior month/year was gone. I had entered lots of detailed notes, but they are no longer showing. It appears as though the app erases everything with each new year. This is very frustrating. I spent several hours entering notes. Additionally, when I clicked on the support link, I was taken to a third Part website that was unhelpful.

### 2/5 — Deletes data in new year

*2023-01-02, version 1.1.3*

Simple and helpful despite some errors (missing October 31, for instance) UNTIL THE NEW YEAR STARTED! Imagine tracking your mood all year only for all the data to be erased on January 1. What is the point of collecting data about your mood if you can’t analyze it for patterns at the end of the year?! I’m furious I diligently did this for a year for nothing!

### 2/5 — Dates aren’t correct

*2020-01-02, version 1.0.1*

Clicking on January 1 only allows you to edit January 2, and so on.

### 3/5 — Love this app….but a few problems

*2022-11-01, version 1.1.3*

Firstly I love how this app lets me see how my mental health has been over time.

2 problems. October is missing the 31st. Today coincidentally. So i cannot log my day.

2nd, I can’t seem to locate a way to actually contact Teo to report the problem. Not super helpful.

### 3/5 — Import and export

*2021-09-16, version 1.1.3*

Cannot export to iphone 12 please fix soon

### 3/5 — pls add notifications

*2021-03-08, version 1.1.3*

would be 5 if notifs

### 3/5 — cool

*2020-01-11, version 1.0.3*

not bad app to keep track of mood and stuff but when i write about my day it is in some small box and i cant see the whole message and edit it easily

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — so simple and perfect

*2023-08-03*

i've been using this app for three years now and i've used it every day. it's simple enough where i don't get overwhelmed or annoyed having to put how my day has been unlike other apps i've tried. it's also really cool to see how much happier i've gotten over the years. i'm proud of myself

### 5/5 — Easy to use and keep using

*2022-10-20, version 1.1.3*

Nothing extra, just what you felt and some thoughts if you’re so inclined. I do wish the journal portion had a larger text box, but it’s never been a big enough deal. Besides, you can always copy and paste from the notes app

### 5/5 — So Simple & Perfect

*2022-04-11, version 1.1.3*

This is the one journaling out that I’ve been the most consistent with because it is so simple. There are no frills, no extra tracking or charts that just overwhelmed me. It’s simply how was your day and assigning a color/overall emotion to that day. I did pay to change the color palate, but the fact that that is not necessary and there’s nothing to really unlock makes me love this app more.

### 5/5 — Love this app!!!

*2022-02-18, version 1.1.3*

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. I initially started on android and moved it over to my iPhone & was so glad everything synced nicely. Love to keep track of thoughts and feelings on the go! 10/10💛💛

### 5/5 — No May 31?

*2021-06-03, version 1.1.3*

Great app. Would love to be able to set Sunday as the start of the calendar week. Also noticed may 31 is missing?

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!

*2021-06-01, version 1.1.3*

I've used this app since 2018 and it's great. However, I'm writing this because May 31 is missing from my pixels this year. The graphic for May ends on the 30th. Interestingly, I was able to enter a pixel on that day by clicking the pencil at the top, but the note would not save, and the pixel still doesn't appear in the full view. Hopefully, this will be fixed.

### 5/5 — Simple and straightforward!

*2021-01-16, version 1.1.3*

Love the app, used the android version with my old phone and glad to see it on iOS as well. One suggestion (to match the android version): when you click on a pixel to add your rating for the day, it should say the day of the week alongside the date. This helps reduce the memory load when going back through the days or if you are inputting multiple days at once.

### 5/5 — Simple and easy to use

*2021-01-07, version 1.1.3*

Very pleasing to look at. Very simple and easy to use. Love it!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-10-11, version 1.1.3*

This is a great app, I've been enjoying using it for a few months now; it's good to have an overview with such a minimalist design and UI. I would have one (very simple) feature request for the Dev; could you please add the option to switch calendar to which day it starts with? I'm used to my calendar starting on a Sunday, and it's often throwing me off.. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Patterns date

*2020-02-09, version 1.0.3*

I love the app and it’s great but when I go to the patterns tab it won’t let me change the year to 2020
