Can you fix this game

This game was fun until I logged on one morning and I lost my game data. I was unable to log in when I set up a email address. I spent a good chunk of money too and I sent a message to the support team and never got anything back from them. Sad to see you can only get the broken things when you spend money and then you’re game data doesn’t let you log in.
