Hmm I think all these photo editing apps are suspect

I have sat and tried all of these ai photo editing apps, ai photo enhancers, and restoration apps. Numerous like in the 20-30 different app range. I have literally seen almost little to no change in the original quality or the overall photograph clarity. I also am curious as to why a app would ask me to write a review for an app before i even have selected a photo to try and enhance/edit in app. I now have checked the original enhancement app and oh boy it took for ever and ever for the ai generated enhanced image to finish. Little to my surprise absolutely no improvement or anything in the photo i selected. Booo, boooo, i want my money back!!!!
