The main window always comes up when booting into the finder which is very annoying. The only way is to open the full Pixeur window and then opening contrast from there. it’s clunky and doesn’t work well. I do wish when I grabbed a color it automatically copied to my clipboard but it's just one extra step to copy it hey it's free 🤷 ### 4/5 — CMYK or CMYB *2022-10-11* I would give this 5 stars, but there is one flaw that ccame back to bite me as a designer. The tab labeled CMYK shows CMYB... I didn't realize this and gave the wrong numbers to a client for a branding project. **Developer response:** CMYK, I apologize for the text error. If you are creating documents or web pages that have highly structured layouts and/or high-fidelity user interface elements where color fidelity is important, Pixeur is an absolute must-have. Download it. Use it. And when you need a utility to make pixel-perfect measurements of on-screen objects, spring for the six bucks and buy Pixeur. If you need to code colors at all, you should get this. It's so easy to click the bottom menu of the color pallet and select your preferred format. It flashes it on the screen and puts it on the clipboard. If you want full code edits those are available where it puts color names in as variable. You can also fine tune the formatting. The measure tool is interesting if you need that. The contrast tool doesn't give any criterion for failure - but that's not enough for me to subtract any stars ### 5/5 — Better than all *2024-11-18* You click, it starts to pick.
