It will ask for your Disney log in and password to steal information!! Beware!! ### 1/5 — Suspicious Activity *2024-06-26* Very suspicious app. Not sure if I misunderstood the terms of use or what but a day before my trip I got a text message from someone at Pixie Dust saying my Disney park reservation was not showing up in My Disney Experience app and to make sure I had a reservation before Pixie Dust would make reservations. I checked My Disney Experience and confirmed I had a park reservation, even though Pixie Dust said I didn’t. I also know both the My Disney Experience and Pixie Dust accounts were communicating with one another; they both showed all my friends and family correctly. Shortly after the email, I began getting emails from My Disney Experience of suspicious login activity from different parts of the world. I texted the person back and emailed the company via the Pixie Dust app but no response. I found it all very suspicious and deleted my account and changed my info on My Disney Experience out of caution. Just be careful as I would not personally trust the app. Even if the app is safe, there may be a potential leak of information at some point in the process where someone obtained my phone number and login information. ### 5/5 — Great for 7am Lightning Lanes *2024-03-31* It's a little unclear whether this app is still actively being maintained -- but it does seem to work quite well! Once I told it my first lightning lane of the day, for subsequent days, Pixie Dust would let me know that it would purchase Genie for my party (which it did shortly after midnight), and it did a good job grabbing Remy on one day and Slinky on another faster than I was able to in the app. For a large group, getting a lightning lane for these high-demand rides in the first hour of park open is pretty valuable and this was over spring break 2024. It was not super useful the rest of the day, as someone who is pretty hands on with Genie . But as much as it pains me to say it -- in the age of $39 per person Genie -- the $10 service provided here is quite worth it even for that one early morning booking. What would be amazing is if it could monitor existing lightning lane reservations and optionally modify them if ones closer in time pop up -- that would seriously add tons of value. Also important to note -- the app did not screw up my Disney account in any way or misuse my credentials in any way that I noticed. ### 5/5 — Best App Ever! *2024-02-14* This app is worth its weight in gold! As the person that has always been in charge of booking the Lightening Lanes for my family and being up at 7:00 am, it was so nice to not have to worry about booking anything this trip. You can really set it up and forget it. It worked amazing!
