Awful game. Poor controls. ### 3/5 — Good start, lots of potential *2024-07-16, version 1.0.1* The gameplay is very simple at the moment, and it doesn’t introduce any new challenges or items to keep the gameplay interesting. Right now, the most interesting part of the game is unlocking new looks for your potion. The artstyle is charming and pleasing, and the game has a lot of potential behind it. Please include details such as the device you’re using, how frequently the bug occurs, and if you’re able to reproduce it! ### 4/5 — So fun! *2025-01-24, version 1.1.0* So i’m someone who has a really hard time being entertained with different games. However, this game has been pretty standout among the rest. It offers unique gameplay with enough of a challenge that it makes the game fun. I would’ve given the game 5 stars if there was more of a goal to work towards. As of right now, there are around 10 (as far as I remember) hats that you can obtain for your potion. You can purchase them with stars gained from the days played in the game. But I don’t see a goal beyond obtaining different hats which makes me feel a bit demotivated to play. Nonetheless, just because i’m demotivated doesn’t mean the game is bad. It’s quite good actually! I recommend people give it a shot. It’s cute, offers unique gameplay, and captures your attention with the challenge it offers. ### 4/5 — Love the amp in challenge with one downside *2024-11-08, version 1.1.0* If you’re like me, you will be going for 3 stars every time. With that in mind, level 9 is when you’ll have a challenge, I like the mechanics of trying to brew as fast as you can and the stars you earn being currency in the cosmetics. A variety of different looks that you can obtain and I want to collect them all. On the other hand I’ve had items overlap that killed the run in its place (like I said it didn’t entirely ruin the run but I always shoot for the best I can get) an example being: if a customer wants mushrooms, a feather, and water. I can get the mushroom and feather but once I try to grab the water there’s a bag of powder that is soft locking the potion from being made. Yes I’m aware I can buy more of those items when I’m in a jam but at the same time that’s the point: I’m in a jam. It’s fast pace which I LOVE, but it’s so fast that I don’t have time to buy the other items and I need to rely heavily on the RNG of where their thrown at. And because I can’t get the water, the mushroom and feather I used will be wasted and I have to wait another 10 seconds to get those items for a total of 20 seconds. The customer will only give me 11 coins by that time. ### 4/5 — Good game. Wished there was more content *2024-06-28, version 1.0* It’s a really fun game don’t get me wrong but doing the same thing over and over again with nothing but cosmetics, is… well repetitive and boring. I feel like a story mode with levels and a story would keep it fun ### 5/5 — Super Cute! *2024-12-04, version 1.1.0* Not only is this game super cute, but it has fun and fairly simple gameplay! I think u can improve the game by adding a system where the player can expand your shop by either buying or exploring for more items for cooking. ### 5/5 — One of My Favorite Games Ever *2024-07-01, version 1.0* I am absolutely hooked on Pixie’s Potions! The graphics are beautiful and the whole magical theme is just so much fun. The puzzles are the perfect mix of challenging and enjoyable, and I love discovering all the different potions and spells. The animation and such make the game even more engaging. If you’re looking for a fun and magical game to get lost in, definitely down this one for sure. It’s a basic but unbeatable game. I love that it doesn't bombard you with ads, and that the only time you watch an ad is when you want to continue. That's rare to find in a game these days. I love the animation. I've not seen a game like this. It's unique in gameplay and visuals. However, after playing through it a bit, I've come to realize that the restart button doesn't work on the screen with the stars after you lose a game. Not sure if it's just on my end. I will definitely be playing this game a lot in my free time. It's addictive. 5/5 stars!
