I also couldn’t use this app. Once downloaded it asks you to sign in but doesn’t give you an option to sign up first so you can’t open the app.

I requested a demo on their site, sent them messages through their chat popup on their site, emailed them through Shopify, had a Shopify support associate email them did this multiple times and have not received a single response from them. I do not at all believe they work with the brands that they say they do. Complete false advertisement. Shame.

I downloaded the app, when I open it it asks me to login. Of course I don't have an account. There's no information on how to create an account, not on their website either. What's the point of this?

From what I can tell, this app does not work unless you ‘request a demo’ on their website. Then you need a business email.
