If memory card is even 10% playback takes forever. From last few days playback not working at all. Is there any way to adjust the auto-light sensor? The app was great when it worked. Unfortunately when you click the camera feed it blacks out and says no internet although it shows it’s connected to the internet.. there is no way to view live feed unles you have two cameras and choose the option to view multiple cameras in landscape view.. whenever you want to view an individual camera from the main screen it says no internet. Also it continuously says it gets disconnected. It has basic features like motion detection. Loop recording . Cloud features ,use be paid for. It’s a clear view when displaying camera… no special features I can think of but when it works the feature to scroll through the hours of the day to see blocked hours or minutes where detection had begun or stopped recording. Unfortunately my cameras bought for it just stopped working a week or so and no warrarnty listed on box so because I only have 1 of the 2 cameras working I cannot view the, at all. Because you can’t do landscape with 1 camera and clicking the individual camera loads the next screen black says no internet.. although it’s connected to internet. Landscape view for multiple cameras was the only way to view what’s going on live. Unfortunately everything is useless now and put money I spent for two cams etc. ### 1/5 — DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!! *2021-02-12, version 4.1038.4.43* Do not sign up for this service! It doesn’t tell me what’s set the camera off. It just tells me movement events but not sound events. It goes off every two seconds saying there’s movement but nothing there. So lots and lots of false events. If I turn down the sensitivity it misses people or doesn’t catch them till they are practically in front of it by 1metre. Considering it’s meant to be 25 metres that it captures movement from it doesn’t cover my garden. Only half of it. Cos the camera can’t detect movement passed 5 metres. So if I turn the sensitivity down it doesn’t catch you until your too close. Leaving the garden free to be looted and leave me with no garden ornaments again. The app needs improvement to be smarter. Ie:- letting me know whether it’s movement from a person or cat or sound that’s set it off. Not just movement. Cos it doesn’t do what you say it does telling you sound events as well as movement events. As That’s false advertising on your part and needs seriously improving. I’m disappointed on how smart this really is. As telling me there’s movement every two seconds makes it’s impractical and no good for the uk. As the weather sets it off onto a constant event leaving you tons of footage to check through leaving no time for life itself. Please improve the smartness of the notifications and sort out the sensitivity and possibly use heat detection of a living things, so the weather doesn’t set it off. Because at the minute it’s all but useless. So basically Too much footage to check and not smart enough. Therefore I only give 3 stars. There is a slot for an SD card but I don't know how to access the recordings yet, had to pay to use their cloud service but it's not totally unreasonable. The night vision works awesome! It also has notifications for human detection (without moving the camera so it doesn't alert the person) and also motion sensing, the tracking can be turned off (thank god cuz it's creepy) I have ended up using it for way more than I bargained for! I can stalk my partner, I can watch my own porn, screenshot and save. The video quality is really impressive! I have bought cloud speace as a burglar just taking your camera with sd card inside does nothing for you & these are cheap compared to ADT or other traditional security firms. I love the notifications function, the clarity of the visuals with audio function. Getting to see the recorded Notification is easy. I really do not understand the negative reviews. No problems with it when I first bought the item. The app doesn’t have much on the iPad version so keep your phone nearby if you need to get into the settings. Cloud service is too pricey for me at the moment but the motion notifications works fine for now. So it worked fine until their latest app update which prevent my device to connect to WiFi. They swapped it out for a new one and I’m back to loving it again.
