App itself is great and works great but. Idk maybe it’s the recent update on the camera. Somethings amiss. Scrubbing through video is a little touchy. Not sure if intentional, but there is a calendar option now on playback video, but can’t go past 48hrs still so seems either underdeveloped still or redundant. Thanks for a great monitor maaaan the sound. It doesn’t know the difference between cries (wrong everyone), freezes often, and when you need it in the middle of the night it won’t load any video so I have to sneak in my kids room to quietly unplug it and plug it back in to make it work again. 2 stars cause the night camera is good. ### 1/5 — Impossible to set up a 2nd parent long term *2023-04-24, version 4.004.311* Husband set it up and added me. Now every week or so the app will log me out and the ONLY way I can get access again is by having my husband send me a new code. I’ve tried creating my own login but then it’s impossible to match with an already set up Pixsee. Completely ridiculous. Going back to Nanit ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-04-12* Save your money and buy something else. This app constantly logs me out. I frequently have to sneak in my child’s room to unplug the monitor to reset it. The cry notification isn’t even close with what it thinks the issue is. The crying detector is delayed. The boundary alert has never worked, as soon as the child moves it goes off even when they’re within the boundary. This monitor does nothing it says, the features may be there but they don’t operate as advertised. This monitor is useless and raspy advertised for what it actually does. ### 1/5 — Do NOT Buy…from a heartbroken mom *2022-07-01, version 3.014.031* App has logged me out so many times in the last 24 hours that I have lost count. I now have a backup monitor because this one is so unreliable. Every time the app logs me out or shuts down so does the ability to hear and see my baby. When I’m awake I can catch this. However at night when it is the most critical, I don’t until I hear my other monitor. I wish I could get my money back on the baby monitor and stand as it was over $300 all together. No sound through app. I would return this but I just discovered it as my baby didn’t sleep in her room until her 6 month birthday. The app looks like it is working but then the sounds doesn’t come through. I won’t sell it because I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what we have. My baby had probably been crying for probably 30 minutes before I woke up and heard her. Now I am putting her back in our room until I can get a new monitor because I don’t trust this one AT ALL! ### 2/5 — Not worth the $ *2025-06-14, version 4.026.041* You have to pay extra for the time-lapse video, which is meant to capture memories. The only useful feature is the live camera, which lets you check on the baby when no one is around. We stopped using it when our baby turned about 3 months old, since he needed constant attention and wasn’t just lying down or sleeping anymore. ### 2/5 — Devs what are yall doing lol *2024-07-08* This app was perfect back in December 2023, right around when we first got the monitor. Recent updates with the software have been… please just roll it back lol everything is buggy, it hardly even opens anymore, connectivity issues. ### 2/5 — Don’t buy this *2023-09-13, version 4.009.031* I don’t mind paying a monthly fee for a good monitor. However, when it’s 2am and I need to check on my baby, and the app forces me to update before I can do that, it’s time for a different monitor. Not to mention, this app logs me out constantly. I’d rather use a black and white old model monitor that is reliable than this. The amazing picture does nothing for me when it won’t work. ### 2/5 — Camera is great, app not so much. *2023-05-07, version 4.004.321* This camera is great and gives a clear image. The app however is terrible! It logs you out randomly and at the worst times.
