It is so much easier than carrying around a heavy presenter and files of extra information, as it is all there to hand in a really easy to use format. Being able to send photoquotes and excel information before you leave an appointment just makes the selling process so much more professional. The regular updates and improvements from customer feedback ensures that the system is as up to date as it can possibly be, but when new ideas or better functions are highlighted, they are implemented very quickly. Recently, we approached Aspin, asking if the app could be amended and tailored for a slightly different function. Throughout the entire process, Aspin were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough to accommodate our needs. The key to its success is the simplicity of its use and functionality, along with a superb back office team who go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. We now have a fully informed and connected nationwide team with access to all relevant information in the palm of their hands which keeps the customer informed of all parts of the order journey from placement to delivery. Another exciting addition is the ability to record and feed back customer data and capture images in real time, which is a godsend for us and removes the complexity of Excel spreadsheets! Our sales team love the app as saves so much time rather than processing orders and diaries through various paperwork. I was fortunate enough to be an Agent for Valerie Graham Ltd who had the license to sell Maxwell and Williams Designer Homewares in the UK Before IPads were around. The thing that stands out most, for me, is the way the software has progressed and adapted to create a solution for almost every scenario. Aspin management not only listen to their customers concerns and needs but have consistently reached out to improve this amazing tool. I now use Pixsell 3 with all three of my Agencies. It’s a game changer! No more paper orders. No need to carry heavy presenters. Smooth transition between Agencies on the same IPad. Copy orders including barcodes etc in CSV files to customers before I’ve left the building. Automatic delivery of product images to the customer via Skoocloud when I send the order. All the customers order history at my fingertips when I’m in a call. Clear images which can be zoomed to include lifestyle examples of the same products. A comprehensive order entry box showing a wealth of information including stock availability and due dates. Seamless updating of orders to my Principles. I really could go on. What’s not to like….? Having worked with many different systems over the years, I can honestly say that this the best one! So much more than a tool for taking orders. It helps in so many ways to make me more efficient in my role. I love the fast lines feature, it changed my life overnight. Especially when the big orders come through. It’s great for historical information and presentations. There was significant time and resource given to the early stages to ensure they fully understood our needs. Following their initial scoping sessions they returned with detailed plans for how their app/system could be integrated with ours, as well as the benefits to us and our teams. They have delivered a great sales tool that enables our field sales team to be more effective and efficient in achieving our goals. Great work! As agents with multiple companies, we need an application that is fluid, fast and easy to use. PixSell has it all. One of the aspects that stands out to me the most is the communication from the team, whether that is in user aid, training or actively listening to feedback and developing tools within the software that I need to enhance my PixSell experience. All the information you need and more to answer questions on the spot during a fast paced sales pitch. The new PixSell 3 has a feature called fast lines which is a god send when you have a long list of product codes as you can copy and paste the list which will go straight into the order / quote you are working on. I was very hesitant about another but I find PixSell so easy to use and the information which can access via it regarding previous orders for customers. The integration, clear simple and low tech approach is backed up with a very high tech back office that means face to face ordering is easy. The retailers appreciate the quality of the images and speed of order taking. I originally thought using an iPad to take orders would break up the natural flow of a sales presentation. I am very happy to confirm this is completely not the case, the whole process is smooth and easy to operate. In addition the support that Aspin offer, both to the principles and agents/reps is second to none.
