The ability to visually show our whole product catalogue in high quality images is brilliant. It greatly assists our sales teams and I'm confident that all our customers requests can be met 'in call' with this application. It has sped up call times with the many ways to add products to the order and the best function is the 'plan' reorders which visually shows us a whole rack of product in true aspect! Our worries concerning switching from minisell to Pixsell were not founded. The switch has been very worthwhile and we can see new benefits for us moving forwards. ### 5/5 — EP Barrus Ltd *2014-10-24, version 2.0.001* E P Barrus Ltd have been working with Aspin over the last 12 months and in the first quarter of 2014 launched PixSell – allowing our sales team to place orders electronically, saving time, duplication of work and improving efficiency. It provides our sales team with all the product information, stock figures and customer account information that they require to achieve high levels of customer service. PixSell can easily show promotional items or new products that can be presented to customers. Aspin are a great company to work with and provide continued support to ensure the application integrates smoothly with our own systems. From the very beginning Aspin have been very accommodating to our needs and react quickly to any issues that have arisen. Since then our sales team is so pleased as it makes their job much more easier, it gives them the flexibility to control and manage their customer's accounts. With 7 sales reps on the road covering the whole country, I can honestly say this is the best selling program our company have ever used. Easy to use, upto date stock, pricing and range information, customer sales history and account details at my reps fingertips. It takes about 30 seconds to sync & update all information onto the Ipad. Compared to others on the App Store, this would have to be the best that I've seen- in terms of usability and functionality. Customisation and options are fantastic too, allowing ordering in a variety of different ways. ### 5/5 — The future of sales today ! *2013-11-23, version 1.2.075* The PixSell app is a fantastic application to allow our business to drive sales and promote the products that are most important to us in a simple way to customers in a standard format through all our area sales managers around the UK. The ability to make multiple presentations with images and videos allow our sales team to have all the information they need in one place… no more carrying boxes of book to sales calls just an iPad is needed now. The ease of taking orders gets rid out the admin work of selling and we have seen a significant improvement in both sales and staff morale since using the PixSell app. Our Sales team can also promote in stock products and quickly up sell customers if they notice a product is out of stock with the live stock control feature. (A life saver as it avoids the disappointed customer waiting for a product on backorder after they thought they purchased it) Finally the support offered by Aspin is second to none! They are always available to help no matter what time of day or night they are a provider we can trust and have faith in to resolve any issue in the rare case there is one. PixSell met these objectives as users in the field take stock, orders, pictures and obtain business intelligence and update customer information. We have now been using PixSell for nearly twelve months and it is putting us at the top when it comes to technology with our customers and enabling our representatives to perform their roles as professionally as possible. Of all the benefits of Pixsell, we feel the main one to be stock efficiency - we are able to give live stock information to our agents in the field, allowing them to avoid selling out of stock items and therefore maximising sales. The app has also proved invaluable at trade shows as we are able to send orders through to the office on a daily basis, whereas before we would have to wait until the end of the show to process the orders. This greatly increases customer service and lead times on orders and enquiries. What can I say other than what a fantastic product this is - it is easy to understand, easy to use and adoption by the team has been beyond out initial expectations, so we are highly delighted. Being iPad based also opens up many other options for proactive selling in a new, modern, innovative way - this has certainly caught the imagination of our customers and sales team alike. We are getting nearly double the orders via Pixsell than we were through MiniSell which is making our Customer Service and Operations Managers very happy too! The ability to build an order and immediately e-mail it through to the customer when they have to put it through their own system or EDI revolutionises this particular aspect of our selling process too. Sales team activity capture enables my Regional Sales Managers to easily review who has been doing what and where via the handy Google map facility - great for keeping people on their toes! Superb product. ### 5/5 — Serious addition to the sales tools *2013-05-03, version 1.2.03* We upgraded from our existing Minisell system to the Pixsell system. As always Aspin were a pleasure to deal with and the upgrade was seamless. The App works very well giving our sales reps more tools to work with therefore maximising sales opportunities. The feedback from both sales reps and customers has been excellent, we couldn't ask for more! The interface is intuitive and the system is slick, this is one serious weapon for the sales team arsenal. ### 5/5 — Pixsell is excellent *2013-04-16, version 1.2.03* We're in the process of rolling the Pixsell application out to our Account Managers and the feedback received so far has been uniformly positive. They love the amount of product detail Pixsell can hold, which allows them to show off specific ranges with ease. The amount of customer data which can be stored is also very impressive, as they can look through previously placed orders, highlight lines still to be shipped and check account balances. The quoting facility is also very useful as it negates data having to be keyed by the back office, instead it's sent via EDI directly into our ERP system. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2014-02-27, version 1.2.084* Keeps crashing. ### 4/5 — Bulk Hardware *2015-07-02, version 2.2.000* We have been using PixSell for 18 months and we used its predecessor, MiniSell, for approximately 10 years before that. PixSell provides our field sales team with instant access to product and customer account information and allows them to quickly and easily submit sales orders from customer premises straight to our ERP system, with no further manual data entry required. The software is reliable and easy to use, the support is excellent and our reps are delighted to have such a useful tool at their disposal. ### 4/5 — Horsecare *2015-01-06, version 2.0.003* PixSell has enabled us to collect robust sales data and enhance our methods of reporting. Our sales team are equipped with everything they need at a touch of a button to place orders, contact and locate customers and view previous call data. The regular updates due to Apple software updates can be a bit tedious but overall the software is good value and user friendly. ### 4/5 — French Country Collections *2013-05-21* Changing our paper catalogues to a digital application has been a really positive change for our company in streamlining catalogue management and ordering processes for sales reps out on the road. The access to real time information such as stock availability, delivery times, customer history and current orders has been invaluable for our reps to have at their fingertips. The quality and variety of pictures that can be uploaded onto IPAD is also far superior to what we have been able to produce in print. One of the features, which we are finding extremely useful, is the ability to send confirmations with pictures and due dates of products that are out of stock whilst being out on the road visiting customers. The Aspin integration with our operating system was straightforward and managed professionally and seamlessly by the team at Aspin. They were able to make adaptions and changes when required and the functionality has been well thought through to suit the requirements of sales people out on the road. Our sales team in both New Zealand and Australia have had training from Aspin, and all users are able to call the helpline at any time to find answers to any issues that may arise for them. We have enjoyed working with the team at Aspin and would recommend them to any company looking to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales team. ### 5/5 — Pixsell implementation *2016-08-04, version 2.4.004* As a long standing partner of Aspin Management Systems, we have tried to keep abreast of the latest technologies and following the successful implementation of Intersell a few years ago we decided to complement this with Pixsell. We recognised that this could save time and resources in sales administration as well as increasing the professionalism of our sales team. Nathan and his team did a great job in scoping the project and with a dedicated project team including Aileen from Aspin and Gibsons staff in Sales, Marketing and Operations, the implementation was effected smoothly, on time and on budget. The training of our sales team took place prior to our first trade show of the year and this enabled any teething problems to be quickly ironed out. Our Sales Agents were a little sceptical of the benefits at the start, but they are now sold on the benefits and use Pixsell on a daily basis with their customers. The application allows total customer and stock visibility for our field sales team,which takes demand away from our busy back-office sales support team. Our teams have commented that if we tried to go back to our old ways now, they would revolt! As a company,Aspin could not be more of a pleasure to work with.The development and integration process was handled with thoughtful consideration to our needs. We were always thoroughly impressed with how the project manager made himself constantly available and guided us through the entire process. On a personal level, we find the technical support team outstanding- their friendly approach and timely response mean that our team feel comfortable and confident in asking questions and seeking guidance when needed. ### 5/5 — Success! *2015-10-14, version 2.4.000* We chose PixSell mainly for the potential we saw in having a common visual presentation tool for our sales reps. Having used MiniSell for calls and order taking over the last 5 years we already had an established relationship with Aspin and the migration over to PixSell was very smooth, implementation with our ERP was simple as most of the data exports remained the same as for MiniSell. Our sales reps have now been using PixSell for 5 months and the feedback has been resoundingly positive; capacity for volume barcode scanning was really important and this works with speed in PixSell, its improved our turnaround time for credit processing, plus the catalogue and presentation features provide a far more modern way of interacting with our customers! ### 5/5 — Promotional Development *2015-08-28, version 2.2.002* I have been really impressed with the continued development of the PixSell system over recent months and I believe it really makes our sales team into one of the most professional in our market place. I am poetically impressed with the Promotions development. Early days for the module I know, but I am sure it will continue to develop in it format and capabilities, but for us this is not just about greater promotional opportunity and control, it’s a lot about changing sales team habits and reducing costs. Marketing Campaigns, Promotions, product changes and all orders/credits are seamlessly transmitted back and forth from our ERP system The presentation efficiency and reporting of our sales team has increased 4 fold. Pixsell’ s front end is very intuitive, even our sales team took to it “like a duck to water” and yet there is plenty of functionality and control that can be modified at Head office, without the need for custom modifications. The integration and service supplied by Aspin is “second to none”. An almost seamless transition, and any small teething elements were dealt with within hours, not days. It has been modificated to our needs to work with our sage 200 system. The support from Aspin management systems is realy good. They improve the software continually. The product is of a very high quality and is intuitive to all users. PixSell is helping us to reduce the time it takes an order to reach a customer and has greatly improved customer experience by having up to date stock and account information available to our team of 7 sales agents.
