В целом результата добиться получилось, но много багов и недостатков интерфейса. Например после конвертами и загрузки новых фоно в интерфейсе это не отображается. Поэтому пользователю непонятно, он уже загрузил фото и их осталось только удалить, или их еще и загрузить надо.

HEIF & HEVC Converter has officially reached version 2.0.
