When you’re working on a project even if it’s for an hour. It shuts down and you lose everything you’ve done. Photoshop is way better. You tried to change the fonts it hardly ever works. It’s really useless. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — ⚠️ Free Trial Became Repeated Charges With No Subscription or Way to Cancel *2026-08-24, version 2.0.0* MY REVIEWS ARE NOT BEING PUBLISHED — AND THAT IS VERY CONCERNING. I originally deleted my review in good faith after the developer responded, believing they wanted to resolve this. I have since emailed them repeatedly, without a response. I downloaded PixTuner from the App Store after seeing a TikTok advert in june of this year. To access the advertised free trial, I was asked to process a payment through Apple Pay. I did NOT knowingly give the developer my card details or sign up for a separate account. I never received the free trial. I never obtained an account or usable subscription. Nothing has EVER appeared in my Apple subscriptions or purchase history, and I have had no way to cancel anything. Yet the developer appears to have obtained payment credentials through that Apple Pay transaction and has repeatedly attempted to take money from my account. Months later, on 22 August 2026, they attempted another US$89.99. I have had to contact Mastercard through my bank and have the merchant blocked at source simply to stop further attempts. The developer claims all payments are processed through Apple, yet there is no Apple subscription and I cannot cancel anything. Their support email also doesn’t work. I have reported this to Apple, but have received no meaningful resolution. Now my reviews warning other users don’t appear to be publishing. Whatever the explanation, this is an extremely serious and deeply concerning experience. I believe the circumstances warrant investigation for potentially fraudulent or deceptive charging. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR PROVIDE PAYMENT DETAILS. ### 1/5 — 0 stars AWFUL *2026-07-06, version 1.3.1* Have been trying to cancel this for so long. I’ve never actually used it but they’ve continued taking money. Investigation at the moment. This app is designed to steal. I have proof of my cancellation email, yet they charged me three separate times afterward. They tried for $119.99 multiple times and finally settled on stealing $59.99. This is illegal billing. I have reported them to the FTC and the Illinois Attorney General.
