I think it was created to rip people off. So bad. Wasted money. Not only doesn’t improve pictures, it makes them worse! Total rip off, does not produce the results as seen in advert. Also no monthly fee, they take a lump sum which I may as well have burnt. It makes bad photos more horrible instead of restoring them. It’s a waste of time. We’d like to understand more about your situation and see if there’s a way we can assist or resolve the problem. ### 1/5 — Epic fail is right *2024-09-05* Skin tones of everyone are all the same, same exact skin tone across the board. This AI seems to hate lips and tattoos, way overstating the lip's and certainty mangling tattoos. The over- saturation of skin is highly upsetting, I always have to repair damage in Photoshop, but can't repair the animated GIFs. I've even had to change the original photo to levels that make it look too light, just so that your app will not overstate. OVERSATURATION is my biggest gripe. I have photos of me at the beach with my shirt off, Al colorizes my head/face, chest, but everything below, like my gut shorts are gray. Developers, PLEASE stop over saturating skin tones, and giving everyone in the photo the same exact skin tone! Skin based photos are part and parcel WHY we attempt to use this app. I think I'll cancel my subscription. One of the examples: black and white photo of my grandfather when he was young and in the army standing in the field, I was trying to colour the photo, but it only coloured the surroundings leaving my grandfather and his uniform black and white. Another one, had a photo of my grandmother which was coloured and I was only trying to sharpen it, instead of this my grandmother lost 3 fingers and her face turned into blurry spot. Waste of money. Just kept saying it couldn’t download my restored photo. Same when I tried the enhance feature. I assume it’s because I’m on the free trial period, but I’m absolutely not paying as much as they want without seeing if it will even work. Scam *2024-09-18* Had a trial, it was so rubbish I cancelled the free trail within and hour if installing it. They took £60 out of my account. There’s no way to contact the seller!! I have tried to unsubscribe through the app before the trials was over. And it kept saying that it was canceling never canceled then it said I needed to send an email to cancel the subscription, so the email was sent, but I was still charged. You cannot cancel the subscriptions under subscriptions and your settings. This app does not even show under your subscriptions to give you the option to cancel. Thank you for your feedback. ### 1/5 — Poor results and Billing issues. *2024-09-12* *Beware** Your subscription to this app is not managed through the Apple. They bill you through a party known as MassProfit Inc. that should tell you everything you need to know. Unlike Apple which help you manage subscriptions, you get no warning that at the end of the “free trial” you will be charged for a full years subscription. When you cancel, they don’t refund your money they just send you an email that says you can continue to use the “free trial” for another year. The adjustments the app makes to your images are negligible and not worth the effort.
