It’s scamming app with miss leading advertising for free but they never refund even kid hit wrong button. Apple should ban and alert people about the app. It’s till scammed even I deleted the app right before the free expired and they never refunded with whole year charged on my bank account. I never never see the scams was run so greedy and made systems abused to my money. Strongly rejected

有料であることの明確な表示や最終確認画面が分かりづらく、当然無料体験だと思って手続きを進めてしまいました。

登録から10分ほどしか経っておらず、サービスもほとんど利用していません。それにもかかわらず高額な料金が発生したことには正直納得できませんでした。

同じように「無料」だと誤認して登録してしまう人が出ないよう、料金表示や確認画面をもっと分かりやすく改善すべきだと思います。

さらに2週間以内なら返品可能とのことだったのでメールを何度もしたが応答はありませんでした。appleの方もしたのですが、拒否

詐欺アプリに等しいです。

12/21に課金してメールアドレスを登録してから消しゴム機能が使えなくなりました。
消したいところをなぞり、✓適用をタップしても、待機中のあとも消したいところが赤いままで、削除されなくなりました。
アプリを一旦削除してインストールし直しても改善されません。
このまま消しゴム機能が使えないのなら年額8,400円も課金したくないので、お金を返してほしいです。
